1. Shipping is unavailable to PO Boxes and AFO/APO
2. Shipments are shipped once a week (Tuesday or Wednesday)
3. Weekly shipping cutoff is Sunday at noon; any orders placed after that will be shipped the following week
4. Inter-island orders are shipped UPS Next Day Air
5. Mainland US orders are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air
6. All shipments are packed in insulated packaging and ice packs
7. Cannot guarantee against melting

Please note that the 2–3 business day shipping timeline begins once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Orders placed after our weekly shipping cutoff may take up to one week for delivery.

Summer Shipping Notice: Due to warmer temperatures, chocolate may melt during transit. While we do our best to insulate shipments, we cannot guarantee against melting. UPS delivery may also take an additional business day.
